Experience

Rebecca is a Director on the KLR Executive Search team. She has more than 25 years of experience in a private setting as a Human Resources professional. Becca brings expertise associated with the often-unique talent needs of clients in corporate, non-profit and higher education spaces. Most recently she worked for North Shore Community College and prior to that Children's Friend in the Greater Providence Area.

Outside the office

When not at KLR, Becca spends her time with family, completing road races, and is currently involved with RI Response (regarding state-wide COVID response). Whether it’s at work or in her personal life, Becca finds enjoyment in matchmaking and bringing people together.
